Hyperlinked HTML Notifications

Users have the option to leave hyperlinked HTML files in place of move documents. This HTML file will have the following characteristics:

• It will be named the original file's name except it will have the file extension .htm 
• It will display the original file name, and the new location for for the file in the document
• The new location for a document is hyperlinked, allowing users to click on the hyperlink to access the document
• If the name was changed in the move process, i.e. there were duplicate file names, this file will have the old name, and point to the new name in the hyperlink
